Everyday, no-frills cooking is what I do. I also like to cook and
bake from scratch; as an over-sensitive and allergic type of person I
like to know what´s in there. Time is also something I don´t have much
of, so the quicker the better - although, sometimes good planning will
allow for some slow cooking, which is always, always worth it.
My preference is simple home cooking, and I like to steal from other cultures where I can.
